Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the following reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We accept exchange of goods for the following reasons:
- Faulty or damaged goods. Customer has the right to return and exchange the goods with a new one if the goods are in faulty or damaged upon receiving. The exchanged goods will be delivered to customer at Gama’s cost.
- Wrong delivery. Customer has the right to return and get refund from Gama if wrong goods are delivered. The goods returned must be in good and resalable condition. Please take note that, in the event of refund, all Gama points received for the purchase of the refunded good will be removed from customer Gama card account.
Goods must be returned within 7 days from date of received and must be in resalable condition with original packing.
Refund will only be made if the faulty or damaged goods are out of stock at physical store at the time of exchange. And the refund will be in the for of e voucher.
If returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, you will be charged for its value.
For exchange or other reasons of return, the shipping charges will be borne by customer.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Skin care, cosmetics and fragrances.
- Supermarket items/Perishable goods.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In your email, please state the Order number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us (if any) in the form of e voucher.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
